We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Common Ground Redux Campaign, a brand-new 45-minute cut of the award-winning film Common Ground. This special edition was created to bring the urgent story of soil, food, and health directly into classrooms, community organizations, and farmer networks.
The new cut is designed as an educational tool: concise, accessible, and tailor-made for screenings that spark dialogue on the challenges and opportunities facing our food system. From farm profitability to public health, the film highlights how soil is truly our common ground.
Opportunities for Engagement
Organizations and institutions across the country are invited to join this movement as educational partners. Here’s how you can participate:
Host a Screening – Organize an in-person or virtual event featuring the 45-minute film, paired with an expert Q&A session to engage your community.
Become a Promotional Partner – Share the film and accompanying resources through newsletters and social platforms to expand awareness.
Join the Coalition – All participating organizations will be recognized on the Common Ground website as educational partners.
This campaign is free of charge. Partners receive access to promotional materials, discussion guides, and—where possible—special participation from the filmmakers in post-screening panels.
Why Now?
The Redux campaign officially launches October 15, 2025. With soil health at the center of farm profitability, climate resilience, and human wellbeing, Common Ground is more than a film—it is a catalyst for change.
We invite universities, nonprofits, farmer organizations, and community leaders to join us in bringing this story to every corner of the country. Together, we can create momentum for a healthier, more resilient future.
