Churchtown Dairy
Abby Rockefeller hosted the Real Organic Project event: Saving Real Organic: In Defense of Science in her barn at Churchtown Dairy in Hudson, NY. The two day event packed in leaders in the food movement, including scientists, farmers, activists and politicians, stirring up lively debate in the discussion of organic agriculture vs regenerative agriculture and how they can best co-exist as a united front.

Especially relevant to American Regeneration, I was able to spend time talking agriculture policy with Congresspeople Thomas Massie (KY) and Chellie Pingree (MN), both of whom have been strongholds for regenerative agriculture in a congress that has little to no awareness of regeneration as a viable option to restore profitability and viability to American farmers. The discussions highlighted for me the dire need for more educational visits to DC and field days for staffers and congresspeople to see the benefits first hand.

Our advisors Glenn Elzinga of Alderspring Ranch, Dan Kittredge of the Bionutrient Food Institute, Bob Quinn of Kamut, and John Klar from MAHA joined in the discussions and made me especially proud of the impressive and impactful coalition we are building at American Regeneration.
